Terms and Conditions
Registration:
By submitting the registration form you declare that you agree with the terms and conditions.
The registration is personal and cannot be exchanged.
By submitting the registration form you enter into the obligation to pay for 1 month painting lessons or a workshop.
The order of receipt of registrations determines the placement in a course or workshop.
At the end of the monthly period it is possible to continue, also on a monthly base.
Cancellation of workshops:
You can unsubscribe without financial consequences up to 8 days before the start of a workshop.
If you cancel at a later time, you remain obliged to pay the full workshop fee.
Your cancellation only applies if it has been confirmed by Atelier De Olifant
Restitution:
Absence of the student does not give the right to a refund.
Payments:
Monthly payments are to be paid in the first week of the month
Method of payment:
You will receive invoices when you request this. During the school holidays there are no classes. This is taken into account in the fee. You can see the full schedule on the course page. 4 absences by child or teacher on a yearly base are also taken into account in the monthly fee of the classes.
For workshops, these must be paid in full in advance.
Debt collection:
After the payment term has expired, the person liable for payment is legally in default.
The costs that must be incurred for this are fully charged.
Discount:
Students at the university or university receive a 10% discount after sending a copy of the student card.
General:
Atelier de Olifant will cancel a course or workshop if there are insufficient registrations.
In the event of illness or absence of the teacher, replacement will be provided. If this is not possible, the lesson will be canceled by e-mail or telephone.
